Exchange and Return Policy
The Wool and Silk Trading Company, a branch of the United House Trading Company, is dedicated to providing excellent after-sales service. We offer exchange and return options and guarantee product quality in line with the Ministry of Commerce and Investment regulations.
After-Sales Policy
Exchange and Return:
- Customers may exchange or return products within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is in its original or similar packaging that prevents damage during shipping.
- Exchanges must be made within 3 days of delivery and are allowed only once.
- The product must be returned for us to verify its condition before processing the exchange or return.
- Accepted returns or exchanges will result in a refund or credit within 7 working days.
- We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your rug at no cost, provided it is in its original condition.
- If there is a manufacturing defect, customers can exchange or return the product within 3 days of receipt, with no shipping costs if the defect is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
- Payment fails or is not processed within 24 hours.
- The shipping company cannot reach the customer within 3 days.
- Ordered products are out of stock. We will offer alternatives or process a refund if alternatives are not accepted.
